- Manage a team of 1-12 team members
- Work to attain maximum profits, sales, client and team member satisfaction.
- Uphold the quality and productivity of every aspect of your Team.
- Act as leader on duty responding to client and team member concerns, as well as ensuring all FMO Paintings property and personnel are secure.
Requirements - Supervisor level experience
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis and decision making
- Inspire and motivate your team to ensure high performance as well as client satisfaction
- Ability to continuously move around all areas of the job site, as well as ability to lift 60lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours
